Firstly, I apologize for my lack of submissions as of late. I'm currently working on a large project that can't be released at this point.

I decided to start using Flickr as my main home for my photography on the web. I really like it's functionality and features, as well as the volume of it's photographic community. I just got my account set up, so at the moment I don't have many contacts, but I would love to add anyone from DA. Be sure to leave a link to your photostream on here or just add me over there.

On a related note: I've decided to deactivate my DA photo account. In the beginning I liked the idea of keeping my photography separated from my digital art so that people who liked my digital stuff could follow this account, and people that like my photography could follow that account. This way I wouldn't be flooding this account with photography or vice versa. However, I've grown tired of having split galleries, and I'm also almost never updating my photography account anymore. I haven't decided if I'll submit any photography to this account. If I do, it would only be what I feel is my most notable work.

Also, here is a great news article that could really benefit the community.

I've my digital art mixed with my photos in my gallery and I think it's okay, if you separated them with folders I think it's fine, you don't have to stop uploading your photos here in dA because of that, or if you are constantly taking photos, choose your favourite ones and upload them =)
